Discover & Discuss Two Benchmark Styles of Tuscan Sangiovese!
Join North Berkeley Imports Owner & Importer Billy Weiss and Blackberry Farm Wine Director Andy Chabot for an afternoon of world-class Sangiovese from Tuscany. One of Italy’s most important and historic red grapes, Sangiovese can express many delightful and different personalities depending on where it is grown and how it is transformed into wine.
These two Tuscan appellations – Chianti Classico and Brunello di Montalcino – are known for expressive, age-worthy wines sought by collectors the world over. Billy & Andy will share their own experiences of these regions and wines, for an educational and enjoyable tasting session!

Tennessee meets the Tetons at a culinary event you won’t want to miss! Special guest chef Cassidee Dabney of The Barn at Blackberry Farm, a James Beard Award-winning restaurant, will dazzle guests with her delicious creations. Expect a multi-course menu based on local summer flavors and well-seasoned with the warm, southern hospitality for which this luxury resort in the Smoky Mountains of eastern Tennessee is best known.
Guests will also enjoy exquisite wine pairings personally selected by Billy Weiss, owner of North Berkeley Imports, a four-time winner of Wine & Spirits Magazine’s “Importer of the Year.” Rare and exceptional artisanal wine selections will be shared generously at this dinner.
This memorable evening, held at the stunning new headquarters of WRJ Design, is certain to be one of the culinary highlights of our summer festival!

There is nothing quite like an intimate dinner in a beautiful Jackson Hole home overlooking the Tetons.
To complement the views, we are excited to welcome guest chef Aaron Bludorn of Bludorn in Houston, Texas. Guests will enjoy an incredible meal of New American, French-inspired fare.
Chefs seasonal menu will be superbly paired with wines from Evening Land Seven Springs Estate, Domaine de la Côte, and Sandhi Wines presented by owner and winemaker Sashi Moorman. These beautiful wines come from the major wine-growing regions of Seven Springs Estate in Oregon and Sta. Rita Hills in California.
This will surely be a culinary evening to remember!

This private sanctuary bordered only by river and wilderness creates the perfect location for a rustic summer dinner. YETI guest chefs Mei Lin, Top Chef season 12 winner, and James Beard Foundation Award-winning chef Brady Ishiwata Williams of Tomo, Seattle will be collaborating on a dynamic multi-course menu reflective of the chefs’ culinary points of view.

The weekend’s featured guest chefs; Aaron Bludorn, Bludorn, TX; Cassidee Dabney, Blackberry Farm, TN; and YETI’s guest chefs, acclaimed pitmasters Don Nguyen of Khói Barbecue, TX and Hector Garate, Palmira Barbecue, SC will team up with a few of Jackson Hole’s finest culinary talent to create the ultimate western walk-around tasting event.
