We always recommend carpooling or ride share programs to our events! Jackson Hole does have UBER and LYFT services, but sometimes they can be limited due to demand. If you wish to schedule a taxi service, we recommend A Black Car Service.
Please drink responsibly and do not drink and drive. Please alert a staff member or volunteer if you would like assistance arranging transportation home from the event.

The entry gates are always down, but entry tickets pulled after these times will validate for free parking as long as you exit before 6:30am the following morning.

For 2026, proceeds from our events will support the growth and development of our 501(c)(3) in addition to Hole Food Rescue.
I HAVE DIETARY ISSUES, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The events at JHFW feature a wide variety of foods and beverages from all categories. We cannot guarantee that participating chefs and restaurants will prepare dishes without common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, etc. Additionally, not all events will have vegetarian options available. It’s important to always ask the chef, server or vendor whether or not allergens or ingredients are in the dishes you are going to consume.
If attending the Wine Dinner, please contact Haynes Oakley with any food allergies - haynes@jhfoodandwine.com. We will inquire if the chef is able to accomodate, but we cannot promise.
ARE EVENTS FOR 21 AND OVER?
All festival events are 21 and older. No children, infants, or pets are allowed to attend any festival event for the safety of all parties. Prepare to have your IDs checked.

WHAT ARE YOUR EVENT SUSTAINABILITY PRACTICES?
Provide water filling stations to minimize single use water bottles.
We use real china and glassware at the majority of our culinary events, and at our Grand Tasting Events we give all guests and participants a reusable keepsake glass.
When disposable plates or flatware are required we purchase eco-friendly plates, bowls and cutlery for our vendor participants.
We recycle any event items we can such as cardboard and glass bottles.
We encourage car-pooling and public transportation when possible.
We re-use decor when possible and invested in vases and paper floral arrangements that we can reuse in future events.
Winter Fest events are all mostly centered in Teton Village with a couple of events in located in town. We house special guests in Teton Village so they can walk to events when possible.
Ticketing and guest communications are all online.
We have reduced printed marketing materials (such as posters and flyers) and communicate more through email and social media to reduce paper waste.
We distribute branded canvas bags to guests at our Grand Tasting events that are perfect for grocery shopping and to help eliminate single use bags.
