A seminar and luncheon featuring a series of small plates illuminating the magical synergy of food and wine. Our illustrious panel will take you on a journey of their personal stories and "A Ha" moments that inspired these exceptional pairings. Guest chefs Chris Shepherd of Houston and Ryan Prewitt of New Orleans will team up with top chefs from Fine Dining Restaurant Group to create a fabulous tasting menu brilliantly matched with a stunning collection of wines from the portfolio of North Berkeley Imports.

The Dinner Series is a collection of unique dining experiences held in multiple locations throughout Jackson Hole. Two private homes and one local restaurant will each host an unforgettable evening featuring passionate fare from an outstanding chef paired with carefully curated wines. These once-in-a-lifetime collaborations will be full of unexpected delights and surprises. Join us for a magical evening of food, wine, and philanthropy!

James Beard Award Winning Chef Chris Shepherd is thrilled to show off the top dishes from his latest project, One Fifth. His modern Houston steakhouse recently opened to rave reviews. Renowned wine importer Billy Weiss of North Berkeley Imports will perfectly pair each course with an exceptional selection of wines from his vast portfolio all showcased in the stunning modern Crescent H Ranch home of host Kit Gwin. This will be a summer night to remember!

Host: Katrina & Brandon Ryan & J.P. Morgan            

James Beard Award Winning Chef Ryan Prewitt is excited to bring authentic New Orleans flavors to Jackson Hole. His restaurant Pêche is known for its stunning but simply prepared contemporary seafood dishes. Pierre-Antoine Rovani, the President of Remoissenet Père et Fils in Beaune, will be pouring some of his favorite refined Burgundy wines. Katrina & Brandon Ryan, along with J.P. Morgan, welcome you to their exquisite home in John Dodge. Spectacular views of the Tetons will provide a picture-perfect setting for an incredible evening of food and wine.

Nona Yehia

Wine: Gros Ventre Cellars and Dirty & Rowdy Wines

Picnic

Celebrated local foodie/founder of Vertical Harvest, Nona Yehia is partnering once again with restaurateur Ali Cohane of Persephone and Picnic to produce Lemons & Parsley, a family-style feast inspired by Nona's Lebanese heritage. Chris and Sarah Pittenger of Gros Ventre Cellars and Kate and Hardy Wallace of Dirty & Rowdy Wines will join forces to pour some of their favorite cult wines to complement the dinner.

Culinary masters Chris Shepherd of Houston and Ryan Prewitt of New Orleans will team up with a few of Jackson Hole's finest chefs to create the ultimate taste of the South. Wash it all down with cold beer, crisp wines, and stellar cocktails. Enjoy yard games, mountain views and groovin’ live tunes provided by George Kilby Jr. & The Road Dogs, a NYC based band featuring genuine Southern-Style New Orleans music. Get ready to roll up your sleeves and feed your spirit!
