Cooking Sous Vide @ Home - learn how easy & delicious it can be! 

Gather around the famous Snake River Grill's Bar for an intimate cooking class with Chef Jeff Drew, a 3 time James Beard nominated Best Chef of the Northwest. Jeff would love to share an early summer lunch and some wines with you.

This class will demonstrate how a new cooking technique using a sous vide machine can be used for a variety of recipes in your own home. Watch, sample and then be served each recipe as it's made along with a pairing of delicious Spanish wines provided by Folio Fine Wine Partners. The restaurant will host this special event while it is closed so you will have the whole restaurant (and Jeff) all to yourselves!

Death & Co mixologists will teach you about the six root cocktails that shape all cocktails around the world based on their 2019 James Beard award-winning "Book of the Year" Cocktail Codex.

Class participants will then have the chance to master two cocktails in this exclusive hands-on class.
